Furthermore, it is equally important to know the protocol to follow in each case and encourage everyone to get involved to promote the prevention of these situations that violate human rights. This is why more and more conferences, courses and talks are given in educational centers with the aim of learning to recognize situations of violence and bullying at school based on gender, as well as the general guidelines for dealing with them. From a judicial point of view, it is also important to promote respect and compliance with current laws on gender. This course provides students with training in general guidelines, protocol and intervention process in domestic violence or bullying, including legislation and the established judicial framework.
