- Identify the current regulations of the Vocational Training System and the structure and contents of grades A, B and C, to carry out the didactic programming of the training actions. - Design the contents and activities of the training actions for grades A, B and C in coordination with the rest of the team. - Prepare and select teaching materials, media and resources to develop different training actions, depending on the training modality and the programmed objectives. - Use educational and digital materials, media and resources, depending on the context, the professional environment and the characteristics of the students. - Organize personal, spatial and temporal resources, creating safe learning environments. - Collect information about the work context to advise on training itineraries and career opportunities. - Promote the active role and responsibility of students in order to promote their employability. - Determine strategies to improve the quality of training processes through innovative measures. - Analyze the purpose, typology and current regulations for the evaluation and qualification of grades A, B and C. - Analyze, determine and implement evaluation techniques, instruments and procedures adapted to the didactic programming. - Evaluate the learning achieved by students and assess the teaching practice of teachers, trainers and/or experts to improve the quality of training actions. - Develop group cohesion and participation strategies that favor learning conditions at the beginning and during the development of the Training Plan. - Check the acquisition of the learning results and professional skills acquired through the use of appropriate methodological strategies. - Analyze and supervise the psycho-pedagogical aspects that favor the acquisition of professional skills and learning results in students through personalized attention. - Take into account the initial conditions and requirements to access a training action in face-to-face, blended and virtual mode. - Tutor the training action carried out based on the characteristics of the students and the productive sector, using methods, strategies and tutorial tools based on the proposed programming. - Use group dynamization and communication techniques aimed at the participation of the people involved throughout the training action. - Coordinate with the personnel who provide tutoring in the company or comparable organization, establishing the conditions for the development of dual training actions - Evaluate the results of the training action, collecting the necessary information for the assessment of the students and the teaching activity itself. - Adapt to new work situations, keeping up-to-date scientific, technical and technological knowledge related to their professional environment, managing their training and existing resources in lifelong learning, using Information and Communication Technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI). - Apply current regulations regarding the prevention of occupational risks, identifying the factors that affect professional activity and the damages derived from it. - Adapt to new work situations caused by technological and organizational changes in your work activity. - Complete the tasks of their level with autonomy and responsibility, carrying them out individually or as a member of a work team. - Communicate effectively, respecting the autonomy and competence of the people involved in their work environment. - Comply with quality standards, universal accessibility and design for all people who affect their professional activity. - Act with an entrepreneurial spirit and personal initiative in the choice or application of the procedures of their professional activity. - Exercise their rights and comply with the obligations derived from their professional activity, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, actively participating in economic, social and cultural life.
