Today, sports and adventure sports have millions of followers, who can do them in the high mountains, sea, jungle... Each of them presents a series of particularities and risks, which athletes must be aware of. Therefore, by completing this survival course the aim is to provide the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to solve the difficulties that may arise in the natural environment and survive without major problems.

What does it prepare you for?

The survival course prepares students to acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to correctly carry out a survival situation in a more or less adverse environment and with the required guarantees of integrity and health.

Who is it addressed to?

This survival course is aimed at all those people who, whether for personal or professional reasons, are interested in acquiring knowledge related to survival.

Objectives

- Recognize emergency situations and know how to control emotions in those cases. - Understand the importance of the group in an emergency situation in the natural environment. - Describe the meteorological aspects and factors that can be decisive when you are in the natural environment. - Know how to orient yourself, with or without specific means to do so, resorting to nature itself, constellations... - Identify the elements that can be used to obtain fire, recognizing the technique for obtaining it. - Establish those natural fruits and animals that can serve as food in situations of need. - State the guidelines to follow to properly carry out a scaling process. - Know the basics of first aid.
