Description
Law 9/2025, of December 3, on Sustainable Mobility makes the mobility to work plan an obligation for companies and public sector entities with workplaces of more than 200 workers or 100 per shift. Royal Decree-Law 7/2026 reduced the deadline to comply with it by half: the plan must be negotiated and prepared before December 5, 2026. This training action prepares you to fulfill that obligation from beginning to end. It starts with the regulatory framework and how it is determined which centers are obliged, continues with the diagnosis of the mobility of the workforce, the design of the measures and the negotiation with the legal representation of the workers, and ends with the implementation, monitoring and registration of the plan in the Integrated Mobility Data Space. The approach is practical: each unit produces a part of the plan, so that upon completion the students have the complete structure for their workplace.

Al finalizar, el alumnado será capaz de elaborar e implantar el plan de movilidad sostenible al trabajo de un centro de trabajo conforme a la Ley 9/2025: determinar si el centro está obligado, diagnosticar cómo se desplaza la plantilla, diseñar y priorizar las medidas, conducir la negociación con la representación legal de las personas trabajadoras, redactar el plan con su plan de acción y sus indicadores, y gestionar su seguimiento y su inscripción en el Espacio de Datos Integrado de Movilidad.

Profesionales de recursos humanos, prevención de riesgos laborales y seguridad vial laboral, responsables de sostenibilidad y ESG, técnicos de medio ambiente, representantes legales de las personas trabajadoras y consultores que asesoren a empresas obligadas. Dirigido también a responsables de entidades del sector público con centros de trabajo que superen los umbrales de la Ley 9/2025. No se requiere formación previa específica.
