This training action prepares you to fulfill that obligation from beginning to end. It starts with the regulatory framework and how it is determined which centers are obliged, continues with the diagnosis of the mobility of the workforce, the design of the measures and the negotiation with the legal representation of the workers, and ends with the implementation, monitoring and registration of the plan in the Integrated Mobility Data Space.
