- Offer an approach to the main concepts of dietetics and nutrition, applied to the diet of people who carry out some type of sporting activity at a greater or lesser level. - Present the nutritional aspects of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. - Know the specific nutritional needs of people who practice sports. - Provide the necessary knowledge to develop an appropriate eating plan for people who carry out any sporting activity, whether on a professional level or simply or as a measure to stay in shape. - Know organic functions and physical fatigue in the field of Fitness and basic motor skills. - Learn some basic pedagogical considerations for AquaFitness instructors. - Apply different programs of aquatic activities for people of different ages. - Put into practice the development of choreographies using different technical resources. - Know how to act in the event of different types of sports injuries or rescue in aquatic environments.

The following AquaFitness Monitor Course (FEDERATE CARD) + Specialization in Nutrition of Sports Practice prepares you to be able to work as an AquaFitness Monitor, training you for the preparation and development of teaching programs in aquatic activities, according to the different methodological trends applicable to the teaching of swimming and other specialties. Furthermore, the Course offers the student, from a vision of the fundamental concepts of dietetics and nutrition, the possibility of having the necessary skills to prepare and/or supervise the diet received by people who participate in sports.
