Objectives

- Organize assembly processes of heating installations based on the analysis of their technical documentation, to carry out their planning. - Operate with machining tools and welding equipment to perform manual machining, joints and adjustments of the different elements of heating installations. - Locate machines and equipment for heating installations with their accessories, based on the assembly plans and instructions, with adequate quality and complying with the required regulations and safety standards. - Install accessories and interconnection elements of the different subsystems that make up the heating installations, in accordance with the required application and safety standards and regulations, based on the technical documentation. - Carry out the fine-tuning prior to commissioning of the heating installations, identifying the operations necessary for their implementation. - Describe the techniques and procedures to carry out tests for tightness, fluid circulation, fuel pressure, combustion, extraction and ventilation in heating installations. - Measure and adjust the levels of combustion gases (CO, CO2, H2O, NOx, SO2, SO3), ensuring correct combustion. - Carry out the commissioning of heating installations, taking into account the established operating conditions. - Describe the commissioning process of a type heating installation

This professional works as a freelancer or joins companies, whether in the public or private sectors, dedicated to the assembly and/or maintenance of heating installations that use air, water, steam and other fluids as heat-transfer elements and conventional energy sources (solar, electric, combustion, among others). Its activity is located in the areas of assembly and maintenance of heating installations and meets the requirements contemplated in the regulations for obtaining the corresponding professional licenses.
