- Carry out pre-preparation operations of different genres, depending on the established work plan and the chocolates to be made. - Analyze, fine-tune and carry out different chocolate execution processes so that they are suitable for consumption and/or subsequent processing, using different techniques. - Apply methods for the packaging and conservation of raw materials, pre-processing and finished chocolate products, ensuring their subsequent use or consumption in optimal conditions. - Explain and apply methods for the regeneration of raw materials and pre-processing, as well as finished chocolate products, ensuring their subsequent use or consumption in optimal conditions. - Apply supervision procedures for the handling, conservation, packaging and regeneration processes of raw materials and pre-processing, as well as finished chocolate products, controlling the intermediate and final results derived from them.
