The entry into force of Royal Decree Law 8/2019, of March 8, on urgent social protection measures and the fight against job insecurity during the working day, obliges all companies, regardless of their size or number of workers, to maintain time control in order to ensure compliance with the workers' working hours, as well as reduce precariousness and fraud in labor matters. Given the possible sanctions provided for in the event of non-compliance with current regulations, the need arises to have the necessary knowledge to know how to apply time control in the company, without the need to hire external services.
