The Figure Skating Instructor + Sports Health Course (Double Degree with 5 ECTS Credits) prepares you to understand the anatomical and physiological bases of movement, the skeletal and muscular system, proper nutrition and sports psychology. You will learn to plan workouts, teach figure skating fundamentals and techniques, and address sports injuries through prevention, treatment, and first aid. In addition, you will acquire knowledge about types of massages and bandages. This training is complementary and does not qualify for professional practice.
