With the PRL, Safety and Health for Medicine Course you will learn about the set of actions and measures that aim to prevent, minimize or eliminate the risks that are present in the healthcare environments where Medicine is practiced and that may affect the safety of workers. This course develops the set of basic knowledge related to Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Occupational Psychosociology that must be taken into account in matters of Occupational Risk Prevention for the performance of health functions related to the practice of medicine, as the current Spanish regulations establish in matters of Occupational Health and Safety.

What it prepares you for

This ORP, Safety and Health for Medicine Course prepares you for the acquisition of the basic competencies and skills that must be developed in terms of occupational health and safety, according to the technical recommendations in this regard, in the jobs in which medical activity is carried out, especially dealing with those training aspects related to risk prevention in these very specific jobs.
