Postgraduate in Methodology of Social Skills in Education + University Degree with 5 ECTS Credits

- Explain the methodology that can be used for the development and promotion of social skills in the classroom. - Develop basic criteria and strategies to train in different social skills, such as verbal and non-verbal communication, assertiveness, self-esteem, self-control, resilience, empathy and active listening, emotional intelligence, cooperation and negotiation and conflict resolution. - Guide the development and promotion of social skills to the educational field, specifically to school coexistence within the classroom. - Describe and contextualize different concepts related to Tutoring and School Guidance. - Analyze the different organizational and functional models of Educational Guidance. - Identify both the Guidance Departments, as well as the Educational and Psychopedagogical Guidance Teams. - Analyze the instruments and different tutorial action techniques. - Acquire knowledge about the organization of Special Education, as well as Individualized Psychopedagogical Guidance for Students and Vocational-Professional Guidance. - Organize the Orientation and Tutorial Action Plan (POAT). - Know the relationship between leadership and learning. - Describe communication in the work environment. - Know the methodology to be carried out in solving problems and making decisions to achieve educational success.
