Objectives

- Analyze the anatomical structure and function of the cardiovascular, respiratory and locomotor systems, interpreting the interdependencies that exist between its different components and the organic response to exercise. - Apply techniques for obtaining and calculating the data and information obtained from carrying out a battery of tests, tests and questionnaires, recording them in the most appropriate form of data sheet and physical support. - Interpret the results of the tests and/or quizzes and questionnaires and prepare the perceptual report that serves as a reference to specify and/or correct the development of the physical conditioning program. -Introduce coaching as an alternative that modifies the student's personal lifestyle, offering a path to improving the quality of life. - Acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the theoretical and practical development of the basic principles of coaching applied to the sports field. - Promote the development of sports training as an effective tool in achieving sports goals. - Plan the training session to organize the athlete's improvement process. - Know the basic regulations of different sports. - Know the possible injuries and risks that athletes may suffer, and how to help in a first aid situation.

This course prepares you to be able to lead sports management of elite athletes, knowing the fundamental aspects of sports training, in addition to developing, through the acquisition of appropriate resources, self-knowledge and self-management capabilities in order to achieve the specific skills of a personal leader of elite athletes.

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of physical and sports activities, specifically in physical conditioning in the training room, within the professional area of recreational physical-sports activities, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the sports management of elite athletes.

Double Degree: - Postgraduate in Sports Management for Elite Athletes: Professional Sports Trainer issued by EUROINNOVA INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EDUCATION and Accredited by the SPANISH FITNESS FEDERATION (FEF) to which you will be able to access as a Federated member receiving a title in Management of sports entities with a Federated Management card for sports entities. Furthermore, once the training is completed, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals (ESREPs) that includes exercise professionals, establishing a QUALITY STANDARD and a PROFESSIONAL REGISTER to guarantee safe and effective advice to clients using fitness facilities by QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. The Spanish Fitness Federation only accredits content related to physical activity; any mention of technical-tactical aspects is outside its powers and accreditation. - University Degree in Sports Coaching from the ANTONIO DE NEBRIJA UNIVERSITY with 5 ECTS University Credits. Course counted as merits for competitive examinations for access to the public teaching function in all CCs. AA., according to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan for teachers of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
