- Offer an approach to the main concepts of dietetics and nutrition, applied to the diet of people who carry out some type of sporting activity at a greater or lesser level. - Present the nutritional aspects of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. - Know the specific nutritional needs of people who practice sports. - Provide the necessary knowledge to develop an appropriate eating plan for people who carry out any sporting activity, whether on a professional level or simply or as a measure to stay in shape. - Learn to develop different techniques to be able to teach Yoga classes to try to help modify mental attitudes. That is, promoting change through the presentation and subsequent experimentation of different dynamically structured psycho-corporal techniques to reach a global state of balance and harmony, making it easier from this situation to transmit, communicate and teach. The immediate consequence is an optimistic and calm mood, a drastic reduction in physical and emotional tensions, such as stress and anxiety, and a comprehensive improvement in health. The aim is for the student to acquire yoga skills and knowledge so that they can later teach this discipline to others.

This University Course of Specialization in Yoga Monitor + Specialization in Nutrition of Sports Practice offers the student, from a vision of the fundamental concepts of dietetics and nutrition, the possibility of having the necessary skills to prepare and/or supervise the nutrition received by people who participate in sports. Furthermore, this Course prepares you to be able to instruct and teach the different techniques of yoga, acting as a Yoga Monitor, in addition to becoming aware of the importance of each of the body elements for achieving physical and mental well-being, as well as to learn and apply relaxation and exercise techniques during a yoga class.
