Objectives

- Identify the components of the file system equipment – ​​computer equipment, operating systems, networks, file elements and containers. - Use the features of the operating and filing systems commonly used in the organizational field, creating and maintaining an organized and useful structure for the proposed filing objectives, achieving their optimization. - Apply techniques for recording and archiving information, public and/or private, that facilitate access, security and confidentiality of documentation on paper. - Execute procedures that guarantee the integrity, security, availability and confidentiality of the information. - Use the basic features and wizards of database computer applications to obtain and present information, creating queries, reports and other personalized objects based on proposed needs.

He carries out his activity as an employee, in any company or entity in the private or public sector, mainly in a commercial department, a purchasing and/or warehouse department, or in a reception, registration, complaints handling or after-sales service, performing the functions at the request of a senior manager.

What it prepares you for

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0978_2 File Management, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself. (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
