Course MF2146-3 Organization of resources and pits in construction works

- Apply organization and supervision techniques to the implementation of construction works, adapting actions to the particular conditions of different types of works. - Apply organization and supervision techniques of the material means to be used on the work, both construction materials and machinery and tools, ensuring their storage according to established criteria and availability in the locations and times when they are demanded. - Determine the activities to be carried out within its scope of competence derived from the quality and environmental management systems, both those of the companies and those required in the work. - Manage relationships in the work environment, both with the personnel in charge and with superiors and managers and other agents of the work, applying communication, management and negotiation techniques. - Plan short-term work on construction sites, interpreting the general planning of the works, carrying out calculations of simple programs and proposing reasonable alternatives to the deviations and contingencies that occur in the development of a certain pit.
