From this April 14, 2021, Royal Decree 902/2020, of October 13, comes into force. A regulation that seeks to make equal pay between women and men effective, developing point 28 of the Workers' Statute (modified by Royal Decree Law last 20219). This course aims to offer students the necessary knowledge to train in equal pay. As well as knowing how to make records and know different aspects related to equal opportunities, eliminating discrimination based on sex.
