Objectives

- Receive, control and evaluate the raw and auxiliary materials that are involved in the production process of preserved vegetables and carry out the storage and dispatch of finished products. - Prepare raw materials for subsequent processing and treatment, guaranteeing the necessary quality, hygiene and safety. - Carry out the dosing, filling and closing operations of preserved vegetables, juices and cooked dishes, checking that the procedures and standards that ensure the required quality are followed. - Conduct the application of final conservation treatments following the requested quality and hygiene specifications.

Career opportunities

It develops its activity in the canning industry, in small, medium and large companies, with very diverse organizational-technological levels. You join a work team with other people of the same or lower level of qualification, where you will carry out individual and group tasks. It will depend organically on a middle manager. In certain cases, in small industries, or in which manual operations are still relevant, you can supervise operators and depend directly on the person responsible for production in this exercise.
