Judicial Expert Course in Construction + University Degree in Preparation of Expert Reports (Double Degree with 5 ECTS Credits)

This course is aimed at all people who work in the judicial appraisal sector and in the field of construction, especially architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and construction managers, and for those people who want to expand their knowledge. The course is also focused on people who are interested in the topic, regardless of whether they work in the construction sector or not. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
