- Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of the Judicial Expertise - Know the different types of Expertise that we can find - Interpret the mediation system and its importance in the involvement of those affected - Establish the operational process of maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, carrying out systematic and unsystematic inspections, locating anomalies and breakdowns, proposing and planning corrective actions and carrying out preventive maintenance in safe conditions. - Apply appropriate techniques in the processes of organizing operations and repair of air conditioning systems, determining the replacements and/or repairs to be carried out, under conditions of quality and safety. - Know the equipment and installations necessary for heating and domestic hot water systems and their regulation and control measures, both in single-tube and two-tube installations. - Provide knowledge about brazing copper pipes and oxyacetylene welding. - Provide basic concepts of electricity, energy savings and prevention of occupational risks.

At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.
