Judicial Expert Course in Pedagogy and Clinical Psychopedagogy + University Qualification in Preparation of Expert Reports (Double Degree with 5 ECTS Credits)

This training is aimed at university graduates in pedagogy or psychopedagogy who wish to practice in the field of judicial expertise both at an educational and clinical level, preparing expert reports both on behalf of others and on their own, also assuming retraining and/or specialization training for all those Experts who are already carrying out this activity in their professional field. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
