What it prepares you for

Urban management requires specialized knowledge, both theoretical and practical, that enables one to intervene in land management processes. This training itinerary offers a systematic approach to urban management from the perspective of current regulations and in light of the different existing urban plans, to be able to intervene in judicial processes as a Judicial Expert. With this Judicial Expert Course you will be able to practice before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.

This course is aimed at quantity surveyors, technical architects and/or university graduates in the subject matter of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional title, it is also aimed at any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts and tribunals, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
