MF0189_2 course: MF0189_2 Preparation and bleaching of chemical materials

In the field of textile, preparation and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of the laundering and tincture of textile subjects, within the professional area Ennoblement of textile and skins subjects. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to perform the treatments prior to the tincture of textile subjects.

- Previous analysis of textile subjects before the realization of the preparation and bleaching treatments of the textile industry. - Describe the technical and application fundamentals of preparation and bleaching treatments, based on the fibers to ennoble. - Analyze the technical sheet of preparation and bleaching operations. - Describe the machinery, auxiliary and control equipment necessary to carry out the preparation and bleaching operations of textile materials. - Perform the first level preventive and corrective maintenance of the machinery, equipment and instruments used in the processes of preparation and bleaching of textile subjects. - Describe the procedures that can be used to perform the preparation and bleaching treatments, in relation to the planned means and materials, their functions and parameters to be controlled. - Prepare and perform the preparation and bleaching operations of textile subjects. - Check the concordance between the textile materials treated and the programmed specifications, in the preparation and bleaching processes by reference samples. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan in the processes related to the ennoblement of textile and skins subjects, analyzing the measures of prevention, safety and environmental protection of the company. - Analyze the preventive measures that must be adopted for the prevention of risks and application of environmental standards in the different processes followed in the lines of ennoblement of textile and skins subjects.

It develops its activity in large, medium and small businesses, whose activity is aimed at textile ennoblement.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0189_2 preparation and bleaching of chemical materials, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of textile, clothing and skin, specifically in bleaching and tincture of textile subjects, within the professional area Ennoblement of textile and skins subjects, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the preparation and bleaching of chemical subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
