MF2011-2 course, manipulation and exhibition of the coffin

In the field of community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of operations in funeral services, within the professional area of sociocultural services and the community. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the transport, manipulation and exposure of the coffin.

- Determine the process of collection of a body in the place of death (homes, hospitals, geriatric, public and/or private spaces, among others) to the mortuary home. - Execute coffin transport operations from the place of collection of the body to the final or intermediate destination in accordance with the road map, the work order and the road safety regulations linked to the funeral transport vehicles. - Apply coffin preparation processes and exposure in the mortuary domicile in accordance with the regulations for occupational hazards, environmental and mortuary health.

It develops its professional activity in the funeral sector, both in organizations and institutions of the public and private, on account of others or autonomously. Its activity is carried out under the supervision of the upper person responsible.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2011_2 Transportation, manipulation and exhibition They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the field of sociocultural services and the community, more specifically those linked to operations in funeral services, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the transport, manipulation and exposure of the coffin.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
