- Determine the process to follow to detect demands, offers, services and potential sources of employment in an intervention environment, indicating the way to transmit the information obtained to the professionals responsible for establishing the actions to be developed. - Analyze the conditions that allow women to create, access and remain in employment, establishing information processes for situations that require it. - Propose processes to inform and raise awareness among entities and individuals regarding the reconciliation of personal, family and work life and its impact on health and time management, from a gender perspective. - Determine processes for collecting useful and verified information that allows for the diagnosis of situations of discrimination based on sex. - Identify the reproduction of sexist and discriminatory stereotypes in language, in the treatment of images and in situations presented. - Assess levels and types of participation of the target population, in the different areas where people's lives take place: economic, political, associative, leisure and quality of life, among others, disaggregating the data by sex. - Identify key elements of inequality between women and men that trigger situations of violence against women in the intervention environment.
