- Know the regulation of the State Forces and Corps based on current legal regulations, mainly taking into account what is established by the laws that regulate police principles. - Explain the types of procedures and processes carried out by agents within the Complaints Office, emphasizing the types of complaints used by citizens, as well as the preparation of the report and the processing and investigation procedures. - Describe basic concepts about criminal procedural law, also taking into account the Habeas Corpus procedure. - Describe the strategies and techniques used to offer citizen care with the highest possible quality, describing the basic characteristics of basic care techniques.
