Objectives

- Know the basic operation of the elements that make up the computer equipment available in the development of administrative activity, in order to guarantee its operability. - Identify the hardware of the computer equipment, pointing out basic functions. - Use the tools for searching, retrieving and organizing information within the system, and on the network - Intranet or Internet -, accurately and efficiently. - Use the functions of email applications and in processes such as receiving, issuing and recording information. - Use the fundamental applications provided by the operating system, configuring the basic options of the work environment.

What it prepares you for

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF0319 Operating system, information search: Internet/intranet and email, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
