UF0350 Administrative Management Course

At present, it is essential to know the concept of administrative management within the commercial process, in addition to knowing the entire procedure and factors that are associated with this concept, such as commercial and fiscal legislation, procedures with clients and suppliers and stock management and inventory within the warehouse. In the field of administration and management it is necessary to know the different fields of administrative management of the commercial process, so this course is aimed at explaining the different concepts, procedures and other key aspects of this topic.

- Prepare the basic documents of sale operations, using computer or telematic means, carrying out the necessary calculations and applying current commercial and fiscal legislation. - Apply stock control methods, taking into account the main warehouse management systems and typologies of products and/or services, in different business activities.

This professional exercises his activity in the area of administration, human resources, accounting or financial, of any company, both public and private, performing the functions at the request of a superior person who, depending on the degree of development of the same, can be a single person or the person responsible for each of the departments - commercial, treasury, accounting, human resources - or those people in which they delegate. You can also develop your activity in labor advice, managers and/or consulting companies or services, as well as entities of the financial and insurance sector.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the UF0350 training unit administrative management of the commercial process, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are published by the different communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those interested in particular or labor in the world of administration and management, more specifically in the administrative management of the commercial process.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
