UF1938 Course direct and energize events, activities and games for physical-sports and recreational animation

Within the world of physical and sports activities, it is necessary to know the different fields of physical-sports and recreational animation. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to direct and energize events, activities and games for physical-sports and recreational animation.

- Describe and apply strategies and guidelines for attention and excellence in the service, so that a maximum participation of the users is achieved and the satisfaction parameters and enjoyment in all the programmed physical-sports and recreational animation activities and activities are optimized. - Apply management techniques and revitalization in the practical development of events, activities and physical-sports and recreational animation games, using specific methodological strategies and adapted to the available resources, characteristics, interests and needs of the participants and the medium where it develops. - Identify and demonstrate effective and motivating communication techniques using different media and sensory channels. - Apply techniques and instruments of evaluation of the process and the results obtained from the physical-sports and recreational animation in proposed events, activities and games, following the general reference programming.

It develops its professional activity both in the public sphere, whether general, autonomic or local administrations, non -governmental organizations, foundations, as well as in private entities, whether large, medium or small businesses that offer tourist services and sports animation. Its activity is carried out on sports courts, natural and local environments, in municipalities, sports services, active tourism companies, tourism companies, hotels, campsites, spas, camps, infrastructure maintenance companies and/or sports management, sports-recreational and leisure and leisure associations, gyms, neighborhood communities, educational centers and related facilities.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF1938 Direct and energize events, activities and games for physical-sports and recreational animation, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of professional competences acquired through work experience and non-formal training, via which you will opt for to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through The respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of physical and sports activities, specifically in physical-sports and recreational animation, within the professional area of recreational physical-sports activities, and to all those interested in acquiring related knowledge to direct and energize events, activities and games for physical-sports and recreational animation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
