- Provide a complete and general vision of all the organizational aspects involved. - Introduce the student in the field of protocol and the organization of sporting events - Contribute to the comprehensive and multifunctional training of professionals involved in the management and organization of sporting events (security, communication, ceremonial, logistics, marketing, sponsorships, etc.), thereby favoring both their integration into work teams and the improvement of their coordination capacity. - Acquire knowledge related to state sports laws, as well as the decree on swimming pools, and based on the planning and design of sports facilities, whether at the territorial or municipal level. - Represent the basic functions and fundamental information flows in specific public or private organizational structures, through organizational charts. - Identify the professional performance criteria that allow the integration and cooperation of administrative support activities in a work group or department, contributing to creating a productive work climate, in accordance with a defined personal and professional ethics. - Acquire knowledge related to state sports laws, as well as the decree on swimming pools, and based on the planning and design of sports facilities, whether at the territorial or municipal level.

This University Course of Specialization in Sports Management. Sport Management + Specialization in Direction and Management of Sports Facilities will provide the student with complete and general training on all the organizational aspects involved in the direction and management of sporting events. It also prepares you to be responsible for the management of resources (whether of a sports facility, sports club, department) based on financial or other objectives established by the responsible authorities and within the limits of a given resource allocation.
