The objectives to be achieved by carrying out this Pastry Shop Sales Course are the following: - Design and manage the budget of a pastry unit, launching and applying budget control and establishing and applying corrective measures to improve the business. - Record accounting operations of an establishment or pastry department according to current regulations based on correct reception and control of documentation. - Analyze the management and control of client accounts, developing the operations that are inherent to it, in order to settle their balances in a timely manner. - Develop balance settlement operations with suppliers and treasury management and control of savings and bank accounts, carrying out the necessary checks with the required precision and accuracy, in order to avoid situations of financial insolvency. - Analyze and control the results obtained by an establishment, area or pastry department, with the intention of optimizing them in future periods.
He develops his professional activity in both large, medium and small companies in the hospitality sector. Being able to act in small establishments, on many occasions, as owner and pastry chef simultaneously.
