Design, management and evaluation course of social projects (university degree with 5 ECTS credits)

Knowing in depth the way in which a social project must be managed, it is vital when it comes to proposing any type of intervention plan. Today there are multiple organizations aimed at social intervention and each and every one of them have strictly tight to the steps that should be given prior to the implementation of their activity. The elaboration of a social project is not an easy task and a multitude of factors must be taken into account for the project to fulfill its purpose, to stop it, it is necessary to know the relationships and skills that will help within the management and management teams. Students can be associated with the Project Management Institute (PMI) chapter in Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia (price of the fee not included in the course). This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to design, manage and evaluate a social project, attending to the components of which in no case should they do without, as well as the different structures that it can take. In the same way, it will allow to know the key concepts of project management and control, managing them through the Microsoft Project tool.

This course is aimed at all those interested in social projects, especially indicated to carry out management, organization, evaluation and implementation of social intervention projects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
