In addition, you will be trained to apply safety and hygiene standards when practicing sports. This course is complementary in nature and does not qualify for professional practice.

The Floor Pilates Instructor Course with Implements (Double Degree with 5 ECTS Credits) is designed for professionals and graduates in the sports sector who wish to delve deeper into the historical evolution of the sport, anatomy, physiology and training techniques. It also covers the strategic use of Pilates implements, specific exercises and typical sessions. This complementary training does not qualify for professional practice.

Course counted as merits for competitive examinations for access to the public teaching function in all CCs. AA., according to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan for teachers of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
