The main objective of the Course on Equality and Diversity Plans in the Company is to provide students with the necessary keys for the preparation and implementation of the equality plan in the company. In addition, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to manage diversity in the organization and create highly productive work teams. This is training completely focused on the current needs of companies that must create inclusion, equality and diversity policies as part of their business strategy.
