- Describe the Rights and obligations of employers and workers in labor matters. - Know the elements present in the employment relationship. - Study contracts, their essential elements and validity requirements, describing the bases of work time and legally established breaks. - Identify the social security organizations necessary to process registrations, affiliation of workers in the different regimes and registration with a company. - Differentiate the benefits that social security grants to current workers and the form of payment. - Know the withholdings, the procedure for their calculation, the elements present in the payrolls, the accruals and salary deductions.

The Course in Contracting, Payrolls, Settlements and Social Security will provide you with specialized training in the management of matters and operations related to the labor sector. Once this Course is completed, students will be able to take charge, both within the company and as advisors, of all matters related to this area, such as hiring workers, preparing salary receipts, calculating benefits and completing contribution documents. After completing the Course in Contracting, Payrolls, Settlements and Social Security, the students will be competent to carry out all the procedures related to the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS) and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).
