Thus, with this course, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to maintain white and industrial range appliances, except the circuits, devices and elements destined for both driving and the storage of combustible or refrigerant gases, as well as small appliance devices (PAE) and electric tools, achieving quality criteria, complying with occupational and environmental risk prevention plans of the company current.

- Perform corrective maintenance operations in industrial range appliances, based on diagnosis and technical documentation, under safety and quality conditions. - Adjust and verify industrial range appliances based on established procedures, under safety and quality conditions. - Prepare the documentation corresponding to the maintenance of industrial range appliances using current symbology and standards, and using established computer tools and applications. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Analyze the safety and environmental standards of application in the maintenance of appliances, to determine the criteria and guidelines that must be followed.
