The course of complaints and claims treatment and claims prepares you to effectively address complaints and claims, from identification to its resolution. You will learn to manage complaints, create improvement policies and manage claims through specific leaves. You will develop skills for telephone care and know the judicial process, including negotiation and conflict resolution, as well as concepts of moral damage. This training does not enable for professional practice, but will expand and update your knowledge.

This course is aimed at professionals and graduates of the sector who wish to expand or update their knowledge in complaints and claims. They will learn to handle complaints and suggestions, process claims sheets, attend telephone claims and know the related judicial process.
