Professionals in the food distribution sector must be trained in the field of allergen management and labeling, based on what is stipulated in the new European Regulation 1169/2011 of mandatory compliance in the food sector. The objective of this course in allergen management in food distribution is to make people who present allergies and intolerances to certain foods and components of these feel safe, since it enables professionals in the management and control of allergens and the correct labeling of products, being the labeling of the food components, an essential aspect for the consumer in terms of prevention of allergies and intolerances.
