Thus, this course will provide sufficient knowledge to be able to differentiate a wide range of meat products, as well as know and evaluate the maturation processes that these products go through and the most appropriate measures for their handling with the greatest possible hygiene and safety. Sales techniques will also be addressed in the course in order to provide training to the butcher shop manager in all areas.
