- Manage the reception of vehicles, serving customers, applying the techniques and executing the operations involved in it. - Define maintenance processes in the workshop, or, where appropriate, introduce modifications to existing ones, in order to achieve the objectives set by the company, taking into account the human resources and means available, as well as the established quality criteria. - Determine repair times through a study of the process, in order to obtain the productivity set by the company, ensuring that the quality prescribed by the manufacturer is obtained. - Schedule maintenance operations based on workloads, human resources, facilities and equipment, scheduling actions and organizing the maintenance of facilities and equipment. - Define and implement a maintenance plan for large fleets or introduce improvements to the established one, depending on the needs raised. - Manage the spare parts area, organizing the physical distribution of the warehouse, controlling stock and fulfilling orders. - Comply and enforce Occupational Safety standards at work, responding in emergency conditions. - Carry out correct environmental management of waste generated in vehicle maintenance and/or repair operations.
