Pre-preparing, preparing, presenting and preserving all types of pastry products and defining their offers, autonomously applying the corresponding techniques, achieving the quality and economic objectives established and respecting the standards and practices of safety and hygiene in food handling are the general skills to be developed by professionals in this field. Thus, with this course you will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge to carry out and/or control the operations of preparing doughs, pastas and basic products for multiple applications for pastry-baking.
