Currently, market competition is considered the main factor when carrying out a fishmonger's business. The new creations make it essential to carry out specific operations of reception, storage, dispensing, preparation and processing of fish, shellfish and products derived from fishing and aquaculture in accordance with current technical health regulations and environmental management systems, quality, safety and occupational health, and manage the corresponding machinery and equipment. Therefore, this course aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to be able to carry out and/or direct fish preparation and sale operations.
