Course MF0577_3 Basic Process Control Systems

The Basic Process Control Systems course prepares you to master sample taking and its analytical characterization, essential for the control of chemical plants. You will learn to perform physicochemical tests, implement analysis and control plans, and manage results efficiently. In addition, you will acquire skills in instrumentation, maintenance, calibration and validation of instruments for variables such as pressure, flow, level and temperature. You will also be able to manage converter elements, perform online analysis and use alarm and surveillance systems. It is important to highlight that this complementary training does not qualify for professional practice. This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0577_3 Basic Process Control Systems, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through their respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
