Objectives

- Prepare the cleaning work plan based on the characteristics of the property and the agreed contract, to organize the work of the professionals in charge. - Distribute the operators under your charge: cleaners, glaziers and specialists in accordance with the context of action and the agreed contract, to allow the defined work plan to be carried out. - Monitor and control the workers in your charge: cleaners, glaziers, specialists and team managers, reporting to the client or their superiors any incidents related to current labor regulations and/or the procedures established in the work center to comply with the specific work plan. - Incorporate safety measures into the work plan, adjusting to current regulations, to prevent risks derived from the facilities and the workplace.

It develops its professional activity in the sector of cleaning and sanitizing all types of buildings, premises, hospitals, health and health centers or institutions, public or private, industries, transport elements (land, air, sea), machines, spaces and facilities, advertising supports and street furniture, supervised by higher level professionals.
