- Establish the criteria for the organization and supervision of the operations for preparing the substrate and sowing fungal inoculum in extensive cultivation of saprobic fungi, based on the previously prepared programming and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Develop a program of maintenance tasks for extensive crops of saprobic mushrooms, establishing the criteria for their organization and supervision. - Determine the health actions carried out in the extensive cultivation of saprobic mushrooms, taking into account the established health program. - Develop a program for organizing human resources in extensive saprobic mushroom cultivation operations, based on the established objectives and activities. - Establish the criteria for the organization and supervision of extensive cultivation operations of mycorrhizal fungi, based on the previously developed programming and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Develop a program of maintenance and improvement work for repopulation with mycorrhizal plants, establishing the criteria for its organization and supervision. - Develop a program for organizing human resources in extensive mycorrhizal fungi cultivation operations, based on the established objectives and activities.
He develops his professional activity in the production area of companies, public and private, both self-employed and employed, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhizal plants and mushroom collection, following, where appropriate, instructions from the person responsible for production, and may be in charge of lower-level personnel.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1816_3 Management of Extensive Cultivation of Saprobic and Mycorrhizal Fungi, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
