- Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of judicial expertise. - Know the different types of Expertise that we can find. - Interpret the mediation system and its importance in the involvement of those affected. - Differentiate between the types of expert reports. - Know the process of preparing expert reports. - Analyze judicial evidence, from its concept to the practice of said evidence. - Analyze how to evaluate the expert evidence. - Locate personal defense from its origin to the present, and know the types there are and their main characteristics. - Describe the different forms of aggression that can occur and the factors that allow it to be predicted. - Know the natural weapons of the body and the most relevant vital points for personal defense. - List the skills necessary to be able to properly carry out self-defense. - Describe the steps that must be followed in the application of basic self-defense techniques. - Know the steps involved in defending an attack according to its characteristics. - Know the basic principles of internal martial arts. - Acquire the fundamentals of the movements used in Taiji, Xingyi and Bagua. - Apply basic Kungfu training. - Practice the form of the sixteen postures. - Practice the applications.

Sports / Martial Arts / Expert in Combat Techniques / Expert in internal martial arts: Taiji, Xingyi and Bagua.
This Judicial Expert Course in Martial Arts prepares you to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an Expert in courts and tribunals, especially in the civil and criminal field. Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on Civil Procedure) refers to this figure and establishes that: “When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess relevant facts or circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, the parties could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge…” With this Judicial Expert Course you will be able to practice before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.
