- Analyze information on the design, location, dimensions, environmental characteristics and equipment necessary for the creation of a winery, taking into account the basic conditions that must be met. - Analyze the process of conservation and maturation of wines and other drinks in the winery. - Analyze, define and develop processes of provisioning, reception and storage of wines and other drinks specifying control measures and instruments. - Formalize and control wines inventories, and other drinks to know their amount and degree of rotation and conservation. - Analyze and apply the usual procedures for the control of consumption in the winery arguing its logic.
It develops its activity in large, medium and small restoration companies usually of the private sector and under the dependence of a hierarchical superior. You can also develop your professional activity in the field of wines and other drinks, either in direct sale, distribution or advice.
This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1109_3 Bodegas Management in Restoration, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
