Objectives

- Determine the activities and resources to plan the planning and supervision of the insulation systems assembly process, analyzing the technical documentation of said systems. - Develop insulation assembly plans, establishing documents that guarantee the detection of technical, economic and planning deviations. - Plan the plans and assembly processes of the auxiliary media necessary for the installation, such as, scaffolding, lifting platforms, stairs, among others, based on the technical documentation of the project, quality plan, security plan, environmental plan and instructions of the company, ensuring the feasibility of assembly and its optimization. - Document the "closure" of the project for delivery to the client according to the planned. - Manage the assembly quality of the different isolation systems according to the project and the work plan, solving the contingencies of a technical-economic nature. - Characterize the purpose and behavior of the isolation of an installation, in the face of thermal, acoustic and fire phenomena, among others and their relationship with the different types of surface to isolate. - Perform assembly operations of support elements in insulation facilities, based on plans or assembly instructions, identifying and characterizing the necessary materials, equipment and tools. - Install insulating and coating materials that make up the insulation systems, following the assembly procedures as well as the required safety standards. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Relate the security media and equipment used in the assembly and maintenance of isolation systems with the risks that may occur in it. - Analyze the safety and environmental standards of application in the assembly and maintenance processes of isolation systems, to determine the criteria and guidelines that must be followed in assembly and maintenance operations.

It develops its activity in small, medium and large companies in the public and private sectors dedicated to the prefabrication in plant, assembly and maintenance of insulation systems, except for those destined for enclosures and partitions in building and work.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1887_3 management and supervision of the assembly of insulation systems, cars and vans, and provision of the service, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
