- Analyze the technical documentation of isolation systems determining activities and resources, to plan the maintenance process. - Prepare the written procedures of the maintenance of insulation systems, determining the tasks, materials, means and criteria for the control of the execution. - Apply programming techniques that optimize resources in order to develop intervention and maintenance monitoring programs. - Control general maintenance operations in an isolation system based on technical documentation, applying standardized procedures, corresponding regulations and acting under safety standards. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Relate the security media and equipment used in the assembly and maintenance of isolation systems with the risks that may occur in it. - Analyze the safety and environmental standards of application in the assembly and maintenance processes of isolation systems, to determine the criteria and guidelines that must be followed in assembly and maintenance operations. - Detect deficiencies in isolation systems, performing the corresponding test, according to its characteristics and technical, quality and safety prescriptions. - Determine the maintenance needs of isolation systems, analyzing the maintenance plan and the action plan. - Diagnose dysfunctions or breakdowns in insulation systems, locating and identifying them, determining the causes that produce them and applying the required procedures in safety conditions. - Execute disassembly operations of damaged insulation systems, applying safety measures marked in action protocols and discarding materials according to environmental waste treatment plans. - Perform maintenance operations in isolation systems, by repairing the material or by replacement, following instructions and observing the personal and environmental security measures established in the action protocols.
