Currently, the prevention of occupational hazards, and within this, ergonomics, is understood as a means of increasing the job profitability of employees for the company in which they work. This has enhanced the interest of companies in the prevention of occupational hazards, which has made it essential the existence of more and more qualified professionals in this specialty. In addition, due to the important changes produced in organizations and current globalization processes, exposure to psychosocial risks has become more frequent and intense, convenient and necessary its identification, evaluation and control in order to avoid the associated risks. Thus, with this postgraduate degree in ergonomics and psychosociology applied to prevention, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know the pathologies that workers can face and determine the measures to be adopted to prevent them.
